Coconut Tres Leche is my vegan twist on the traditional Tres Leche dessert.  Traditionally the dessert uses sweetened condensed milk and whole milk.  My vegan twist is a trio of plant-based milks, cinnamon, and spices to create the best vegan Coconut Tres Leches you have ever tasted, and one of our customers’ favorite desserts.
