Are You Practicing Self Care?

To say there is a lot going on right now is an understatement.  We are all feeling a mixture of sadness, anger, and restlessness (just to name a few).  It can be easy to just sit in our feelings and let the negativity take you over.  I’d like to share two things I came across recently that might help you shake that gloomy feeling off and be intentional about feeling better.

A very cool animated article from the Washington Post talks about caring for the entire body from head to feet.  It was informative and fun.
